The S Prefectural Police arrested Suspect A (41), a public health worker, on suspicion of strong obscenity. According to the investigation, several women who visited the city for free venereal disease tests were made to believe in false positive results, and they were engaged in obscene acts, such as offering to arrange specific medicines for women.
