NFDM-499 Self-defense for school girls

There is no end to sexual crimes targeting quiet school girls. The police won't act until after you've been attacked, so even if you're a girl, you need to be prepared to protect yourself. Luckily, our school has a female teacher who is knowledgeable about self-defense, and she teaches the female students techniques every day.
